Minion Attack!

Minion Invasion at Suntec City

Had a packed day today. After PC came to visit with her girls, I brought the kids to meet Tim and FY to Suntec for the Minion show, in full Minion gear! I usually hate mall shows but decided to make an exception since the kids, especially Meimei is so 'crazy' about minions! We had difficulty locating West Atrium so we missed the Minion Meet and Greet, but we did Minion colouring, made Minion clay figurines, ate Minion cupcakes and shot down evil Minions! We had fun, because Tim and FY are such nice easy-going folks! We even went for swimming together after that! The kids totally knocked out!

An ex-colleague came to visit today. We were pregnant with our first child at about the same time,and they arrived about nine days apart! Have not met her girls for a long time and just look at how much they've all grown! :)

Made Nasi Lemak and Lotus Root soup for a friend who came to visit. We have not met in four years! I made the Nasi Lemak using the 'KFC' method.

The hubba has left for service learning overseas, and I filled up the whole week with outings and meet-ups with friends, so I won't miss him so much! After having a friend over for pizza making, I brought the three kids on a train ride to Orchard to look at the festive lights, the boys eat ice-cream on the steps outside Wisma while Meimei fell alseep in my sarong! They were enthralled by the contortionists than the lights, I think!
